Nullarbor Links is an 18-hole par 72 golf course, said to be “the World’s Longest Golf course”, situated along 1,365 kilometres of the Eyre Highway along the southern coast of Australia in two states (South Australia and Western Australia), notably crossing the Nullarbor Plain at the head of the Great Australian Bight.
Join us on a 8 day, fully accommodated tour from Perth to Adelaide, playing the course. We’ll take in sights along the way, have competitions and explore the countryside from Kalgoorlie in WA to Ceduna in SA.

Tagalong option
If you’d like to bring your own vehicle we will give you peace of mind travelling in a convoy of vehicles with competent guides, who are great bush mechanics. Learn about your vehicle’s capabilities, absorb some get-out-of-trouble tricks and pick up some great hints for touring meals and campfire cooking.
Tour price upon application. Per vehicle, for 2 people. Cost includes all meals and motel accommodation.

Itinerary
DAY 1
Departing Perth, we head for our first night at Kalgoorlie.
Travelling through the town of Southern Cross (named after the constellation that
enabled gold prospectors to navigate to the area) for lunch and then into Kalgoorlie to pick up our Longest Links golf score cards. Then we head out to Broad Arrow.
This now one building town consists of the Broad Arrow Tavern, which was built in 1896 and is considered an authentic outback pub known for its cold beer and its excellent ‘Broady’ burgers. Back in 1971 the pub featured in the long-forgotten movie, The Nickel Queen, which starred Googie Withers and radio announcer, John Laws. After a cold beverage or two, we return to Kalgoorlie for our overnight stay.

DAY 2
Today we start with a full 18 holes at the Kalgoorlie Golf Club, an incredibly picturesque course designed by Graham Marsh. This includes the first two holes of the Nullarbor Links. We then start playing the links as we travel.
There’s the hole of Silver Lake at Kambalda and then a quick stop at Widgemooltha to play the Golden Eagle hole. Onto Norseman and holes Ngadju and Golden Horse.
We overnight in Norseman at the unique Railway Motel; this restored iconic hostelry boasts a wood fire, beautiful heritage rooms and incredibly comfortable beds.

DAY 3
Leaving Norseman we head out onto the Eyre Highway, our first hole today is the Sheep’s Back at Fraser Range Station. Then onto Balladonia, for our second hole of the morning, Skylab.
We then head out on the 90 Mile Straight, one of the longest straight stretches of road in the world and the perfect place to have a longest drive competition. (Don’t worry; we can see a very long way for traffic hazards!). The next hole at Caiguna is actually named 90 mile straight!
We continue along the highway to our overnight stop at Cocklebiddy roadhouse and the chance to play Eagles Nest

DAY 4
For a change, no golf this morning! Instead, we will do a little off-road adventuring.
We will visit Pannikin plains Cave, scene of an amazing story of survival after a group of cave divers got trapped beneath the surface. We will continue our exploring along the sand track to Eyre Bird Observatory. Established in 1877 as a Telegraph Station on the Intercolonial Telegraph Line , and named after explorer Edward John Eyre who passed through the area on his east-west journey of 1841, it was abandoned in 1930 and reincarnated and restored by Birds Australia as the most remote research facility in Australia. After lunch we will continue east on the Eyre Highway playing 3 holes Brumby’s Run at Madura, Watering Hole at Mundrabilla and the Nullarbor Nymph at Eucla

DAY 5
Today sees us heading across the border into South Australia, A stop at the border village to play Border Kangaroo. passing close to the cliffs on the Great Australian Bight we make our way to play Dingo’s Den at the Nullarbor Roadhouse. We then will make our way to the Head of the Bight to see if we can spot Whales.
Continuing East we play Wombat Hole at Nundroo and finish the day with the aptly named Windmills hole at Penong. A short drive sees us into Ceduna our stop for the Night

DAY 6
This Morning sees us play the last two holes Denial Bay and Oyster Beds at the Ceduna Golf Club, then to the 19th hole to add up the score cards.
At the visitors centre scores will be registered and a certificate issued to commemorate this epic course. We then Make our way to Port Augusta for our overnight stop.

DAY 7
Day 7 starts with 18 holes at the Port Augusta Golf course before a leisurely drive into Adelaide.

After Breakfast we will give you the option of playing a round of 18 holes at a course in Adelaide.
We will get together for our final lunch as a group, before bidding everyone farewell
