Our food

We eat well.

A very important aspect of our tours is the food. We provide three nutritionally balanced meals a day and they vary from hotel/motel style meals to camp kitchen meals.

Where possible we will cater for (medically required) dietary restrictions if pre-organised but our meals will include enough variety so that there are choices available. In remote areas, we may not always be able to access fresh/fruit vegetables in the quantities available in towns but we do our best.

You won’t starve on our trips.

Breakfasts will consist of juices, fruit, cereals and yoghurts plus toast/muffin option. There will often be the option of a hot breakfast as well.

Lunches are taken on the road and will include cold meats and salads, bread, wrap and rolls and often soup. We’ll also provide fruit.

We like to give you a three – four course dinner. Appetizers/soup, main course (with choice of 3 – 4 vegies) and dessert.

Morning tea.

We also provide morning tea, and often afternoon tea as well.

Sweet/savoury snacks, gourmet teas and coffees….and we give you a reusable cup so that you can make a cuppa to drink on the road.

We never met a sunset we didn’t like.

So we enjoy it with a drink and canapes where we can.

(We also provide a glass of wine/beer with appetizers on our camping tours)
